This complete course is designed to gain understanding on the Primary Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as a healing sequence, at the end you will have the tools to use the postures of the Primary Series to bring health and balance to body and mind. It will be divided in 14 sessions of 4 hours each starting September 8th until November 4th 2018 (check specific dates and time, and read the topic covered in each class below). If there are any classes you are unable to attend they can be made up in the following course.
To maintain very personalized instruction the course will be limited to 10 students. Minimum of 4 students signed up will be require for the course to run (full refund will be given if minimum required students are not reached).
Unlimited pass to all of the Mysore and Led classes of our schedule will be provided through the duration of the course.
Material and Cost
At the beginning of the Course you will be provided with a personalized binder and every class will be supported with guides to add to it. At the end you will have a complete informative book to use for future references.
Certification of assistance will be provided (Minimum of 13 sessions must be complete to receive the certification).

The Theory: Yoga Sutras
All the Yoga Sutras will be taught by Sudheera H.M., a Sanskrit teacher from Mysore, India. We will have online video conference calls to complete 12 hours on the Yoga Sutras throughout the duration of the course.
Sudheera M.H. is one the most comprehensive and qualified teachers in Mysore. He speaks great English and is able to communicate these complex traditions and knowledge in a simple way, making a difficult topic accesible to everyone.
The postures of the Primary Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga will be covered in detail: benefits, anatomy, modifications, alignment, adjustments and mythology.
